During this master class, organized by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, we shall explore the steps involved in developing an approach to creating digital content and social media engagement that really works for your school, college or university.

We shall explore:

How to approach social media and digital communications in strategic way;

Emerging trends that all schools, colleges and university advancement staff need to be aware of;

What makes great online content and how you can create it with minimal time and resource;

How different channels and platforms should work with each other and with your website and offline communications; and

How digital communications varies around the world and how to plan for cultural difference on your channels.

Registration can be completed on the CASE website.

Cancellation policy: Written notification of cancellation is required and should be sent to the CASE Asia-Pacific office.

1. Cancellations received by 24 March 2015 will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations received from 25 March 2015 to 7 April 2015 will receive a refund of the registration fees less a 20% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations received from 8 April 2015 onwards will not receive a refund, but substitute delegates will be accepted.
4. No-shows will not receive a refund.
