Check-in and Security at the NIST International School

You will check-in for the workshop upon your arrival at the school on Wednesday, 31 October. Please have a photo ID ready to present to the campus security. Then proceed to the registration desk at where you will receive your event participant badge. Please wear your badge at all times on the school premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of event registration must be made via your original registration.

– Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will incur an administrative fee of 50 Euro / USD $50 (excluding VAT).
– Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event, or non-attendance at the event itself, will not be refunded.

Event registration will not be completed or confirmed until the event fee payment has been received. Registrants must submit payment within 30 days of the date of submission of the registration form in order to secure registration, and in all cases, no later than 7 days before the first day of the event.
