James L. Roussin

James L. Roussin has worked as an assistant superintendent, language arts teacher, ESL coordinator and adjunct professor. He is currently the executive director for Generative Learning, a consulting practice focused on healthy organizations and human development through the lens of natural systems theory and complexity science. http://www.generativelearning.com

Jim has also served as a teaching associate for Human Systems Dynamics (an institute using complexity theory to influence organizational effectiveness). Jim facilitates learning in the following areas: Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Cognitive Coaching, Adaptive Schools and Program Evaluation.

Jim is currently working on a new book with Robert Garmston & Diane Zimmerman: 5 Pillars of Productive Teams: How Mindful Groups Abandon Limitations for School Improvement.
